    The Startup India Certificate is an official recognition provided by the Government of India under the Startup India initiative, aimed at promoting and supporting new businesses in the country.     Key Features of a Startup India Certificate ?

      • The certificate is valid as long as the entity remains a startup as per the government criteria (typically until 10 years from incorporation or turnover limit is crossed).

    Documents Required for Startup India Certificate

    • Incorporation/Registration Proof:

      • Certificate of Incorporation of the company / LLP / Partnership Firm.

    • PAN Card:

      • PAN of the entity.

    • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC):

      • DSC of authorized signatory or founder for online verification and application submission.

    • Founders’ Identity Proof:

      • Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License.

    • Business & Financial Proof:

      • Brief description of the innovative business model, products, or services.

      • Latest financial statements or self-declaration showing turnover is within ₹100 crore.
